high altitude areas

In the NFI this means the upper montane, subalpine, alpine and nival zone (see altitudinal vegetation zone, lowlands). • The English plant names were taken form the internet (swiss web flora, PLANTS Database and Dictionary of Common Names). The notations and abbreviations were taken from IPNI - The international Plant Names Index.
