| Part of the tree below the cut, i.e. the whole root and the part of the stem that remains on the root stock after felling. [D] Stock / Wurzelstock Teil des Baumes unterhalb des Fällschnittes, d.h. das gesamte Wurzelholz und der beim Fällen am Wurzelstock verbleibende Teil des Stammes. [F] souche Partie de l'arbre située au-dessous du trait de coupe, c.-à-d. l'ensemble des racines et la partie du tronc qui reste attachée aux racines lors de l'abattage. [I] ceppaia (ceppo) Parte dell'albero al di sotto del taglio di abbattimento, quindi l'intera parte legnosa delle radici compreso il colletto e la porzione residua di tronco. |

- The English plant names were taken form the internet (swiss web flora, PLANTS Database and Dictionary of Common Names). The notations and abbreviations were taken from IPNI - The international Plant Names Index.
