German-French-Italian-English dictionary of plant names and technical terms used in the NFI. Definitions are given for the terms highlighted in yellow.
stand
A community of trees which differs considerably from its surroundings due to its species composition, stand age or structure (according to SAFE), in the NFI with a minimum area of 500 m2.- [de] Bestand

Insieme di alberi che si distingue nettamente dal suo intorno per composizione delle specie arboree, età del popolamento oppure struttura (da SAFE), nell'IFN a partire da una superficie minima di 5 are.

- The English plant names were taken form the internet (swiss web flora, PLANTS Database and Dictionary of Common Names by plantpress.com). The notations and abbreviations were taken from IPNI - The international Plant Names Index.
