pure stand

Stand consisting of a single tree species or with an ecologically marginal mixture of other tree species. [D] Reinbestand Bestand aus einer einzigen Baumart ohne oder mit einer ökologisch unwesentlichen Beimischung anderer Baumarten. [F] peuplement pur Peuplement composé d'une seule essence ou avec une proportion d'autres essences sans importance sur un plan écologique. [I] popolamento puro Popolamento costituito da un'unica specie arborea, senza o con una mescolanza di altre specie arboree insignificante dal punto di vista ecologico.

• The German, French and Italien plant names were taken mainly from the book Die häufigsten Waldbäume der Schweiz or from the Flora Helvetica
• The English plant names were taken form the internet (swiss web flora, PLANTS Database and Dictionary of Common Names). The notations and abbreviations were taken from IPNI - The international Plant Names Index.
