Traces of ungulate gnawing on trees or shrubs resulting from the removal of buds or young shoots. In NFI, only browsing on the top shoots of young trees <130 cm in height is recorded.

Wildverbiss ("Verbiss")

Auf das Schalenwild zurückgehende Frassspuren an Bäumen oder Sträuchern, die durch das Abäsen von Knospen oder jungen Trieben entstehen. Im LFI wird nur der Verbiss am Gipfeltrieb der Jungwaldpflanzen bis 130 cm Höhe erfasst.

Trace laissée par les ongulés sauvages lorsqu’ils broutent les bourgeons ou les jeunes rameaux des arbres et arbustes. Dans l’IFN, seul est relevé l’abroutissement de la pousse terminale des arbres de la jeune forêt jusqu’à 130 cm de haut.
