mortality
In NFI, stemwood volume of all trees and shrubs with a diameter at breast height (dbh) ≥12 cm that died naturally (e.g. due to windthrow or insects) or disappeared (e.g. due to avalanches) between two consecutive inventories but were not harvested. Mortality is the sum of natural losses and the remaining mortality.
Mortalität
Im LFI Schaftholzvolumen aller Bäume und Sträucher mit einem Brusthöhendurchmesser (BHD) ab 12 cm, die zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Inventuren natürlicherweise abgestorben (z.B. durch Windwurf oder Insekten) oder verschwunden sind (z.B. durch Lawinen), aber nicht forstlich genutzt wurden. Die Mortalität ist die Summe von natürlichen Abgängen und verbleibender Mortalität.

Dans l’IFN, volume du bois de tige de tous les arbres et arbustes avec un diamètre à hauteur de poitrine (DHP) d’au moins 12 cm qui, entre deux inventaires successifs, sont morts naturellement (p.ex. chablis ou insectes) ou ont disparu (p.ex. avalanches), mais n’ont pas été exploités lors d’interventions sylvicoles. La mortalité est la somme des disparitions naturelles et de la mortalité résiduelle.

Nell'IFN, volume del legno del fusto di tutti gli alberi e arbusti con un diametro a petto d'uomo (DPU) di almeno 12 cm che, tra due inventari successivi, sono morti per cause naturali (ad es. tempesta di vento insetti) o sono scomparsi (ad es. in seguito a valanghe), ma che non sono stati utilizzati nel quadro di interventi selvicolturali. La mortalità è la somma degli alberi scomparsi naturalmente e della mortalità rimanente.
